We are looking for a Team Leader Support L2 with: • Previous experience in managing L2 application support teams, ideally with 3 to 5 years' experience as a team leader. • Knowledge of Low Code technologies (e.g. Appian and OutSystems). • Experience in corrective maintenance and technical support, including analysing and resolving incidents on a daily basis, root cause analysis and creating problem reports. • Experience in automating processes (Python/bash). • Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (valued). • Technical experience supporting Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (valued). Main Tasks: • Management of the L2 support team for Low Code applications. • Application incident management. • Monitoring and optimising the performance of Low Code applications, identifying and resolving problems to ensure maximum platform performance.
