We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner with:

• Degree/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner;
• Significant background in the banking sector (ideally on scoring projects);
• Proficient in the agile Scrum framework (SAFe is a plus);
• Strong knowledge on API projects and Data Modeling;
• Skills in writing specifications and user stories;
• Experience and maturity to manage teams;
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken);

What will be expected from you?

• Define the roadmap and features of digital products;
• Create, organize and prioritize the backlog and write user stories;
• Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders;
• Defining product features according to customer needs;
• Leading the development process;
• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint;
• Be the guarantor of the value and quality of the product, throughout iterations and releases;
• Track a series of key performance indicators to ensure the success and uptake of your product;
• Availability to travel 2-3 times/year;
