The Quality and Process Referent for the IT Transversal team in Lisbon will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to quality standards and processes within IT projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong time management, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and continuous process improvement. What do we expect from you? - Knowledge of project management: Have knowledge of at least one of the following two project management methods: V cycle / Scrum. - From an experience point of view, having at least three years of experience in an IT team. - Microsoft office suite. - Computer skills. - Be rigorous. - Analytical skills. - Ability to develop or adapt a process (nice to have). - Organizational capacity / autonomy. - Fluent in French (level B1). - Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication. - Excellent communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity. - Time management. - Reporting / feedback oriented. - Team spirit.
