Why Us? 🫸 Multidisciplinary team 📒 Training on demand 💴 Attractive salary and benefits package 📈 Career progression plans 👌 And amazing get together events What will be expected from you? - Should monitor the DB management system and respective DB’s (finer and more detailed monitoring, other than the normal monitoring in a Operation Service point of view) acting or relaying to the more adequate team. - Should prepare and schedule backups to the DB/DB2 management system and to the DB’s. - Should conduct DB restores, from any of the environments, upon request or service needed to restore a service, as well as the resultant reports of the required actions. - Should prepare and execute data copies between the environments (ex. Dev, Qua and Prod) upon request and according to the rules and procedures or if inexistent according to the best practices. - Should support the development/data team activities at the DB/DB2 level whenever necessary. What are we looking for? - Should manage the DB2 management system within the following framework: - User and access management - Start/Stop services - Tablespaces, datafiles, index and others management - Logging management - Minor and Major Updates/upgrades installations - Patches/fixes installations - DB/DB2 management system tuning and DB/DB2 tuning - Second line support for requests and incidents - Other tasks needed to maintain the DB/DB2 servers - Level of English (B1/B2) Are you ready?
