What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Expertise with Python programming and Data Science related packages such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy NLTK, OpenCV/Pillow, Matplotlib/Plotly;
• Expertise with Deep Learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace;
• Experience with Python Web Frameworks, such as FastAPI, Flask or Django;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with MLOps best practices;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, databases, ETL processes, and data governance;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What do we expect from you?

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP, CV, and predictive analytics applications;
• Experiment with and fine-tune ML algorithms for various use cases, such as classification, regression, image recognition, or language understanding;
• Build and optimize GenAI solutions using LLMs, including leveraging LangChain, RAG, and fine-tuning models for custom business needs.
