What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst with:

  • Knowledge on IT concepts and infrastructure;
  • Expertise in SQL /MySQL;
  • Expertise in Unix/Linux;
  • Cloud Knowledge & Ansible /Jenkins;
  • Dynatrace (monitoring tools);
  • Advanced English level;
  • Basic French level;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Continuous improvement mindset;

What do we expect from you?

  • Support application users / Answering to support requests;
  • Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level;
  • Monitoring production environments;
  • Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones;
  • Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical);
  • Contribute to the setup of the Lisbon Team (Process, Tools, Efficiency, etc.);
  • This position imply On Call Duties and weekends;
