What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Analyst with technical programming knowledge to join our team. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid foundation in at least one programming language. This position requires a professional who can act as an effective liaison between our business and technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into practical and effective technical solutions.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder needs to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Requirement Specification: Draft detailed functional and technical specification documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
• Development: Participate in developing prototypes or coding small functionalities to support the development team.
• Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

• Previous experience with Confluence.
• Experience and technical knowledge in at least one programming language
• Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English
