What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager with:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

We Value:

• Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAC, PO, etc.) (preferred).
• Previous experience in multinational or complex organizational environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, RE-FX and HCM (preferred).

What do we expect from you?

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of SAP-related implementation and upgrade projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical experts, business analysts, developers and end users.
• Manage stakeholder communication, regularly reporting on project progress and key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively managing issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee system testing, validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor project budgets, effectively controlling costs and resources.
• Provide strategic advice on SAP functionality and system integration.
