What are we looking for?

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer with:

• More than 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems.
• A strong track record in delivering high-quality web and backend applications, especially consumer-facing products.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning.
• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines.
• Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis.
• Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work.

What do we expect from you?

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations.
• Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines.
• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
