What are we looking for?

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager with:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, using Jira and EasyVista.
• Ability to lead and guide technical teams and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets.
• Strong systems and process analysis skills, including the ability to identify problems and implement effective technology solutions.
• Experience with different business areas and an understanding of how IT supports business processes.
• Professional with technical background and proficiency, leading IT projects and services.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English.

What do we expect from you?

• Project, technical initiative, and service management (order ticketing): Lead IT projects and manage services using Jira and EasyVista, ensuring delivery within agreed-upon deadlines and service levels (SLA).
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the Applications Delivery and Optimization - Software & Automation team, ensuring delivery completion.
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage complex situations.
• Actively support ongoing transformation processes within the organization.
• Demonstrate agile organizational and accountability and leadership behaviors that allow for integration into the team culture.
• Promote good IT governance practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members, participating in continuous improvement processes.
• Follow the client´s standards and templates for project management.
