What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Outsystems Tech Lead with:

• More than 5 years of experience in OutSystems development.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and best practices (performance, scalability, governance).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and data modeling.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

We Value

• OutSystems certifications (Professional / Expert / Architecture).
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
