What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Staff Engineer (Cloud & Distributed Systems – Azure) with:

• Experience designing and working with distributed systems.
• Experience migrating centralized architectures and workflows to microservices-based solutions.
• Understanding of system integration design, platforms, and architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.

What do we expect from you?

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using Microsoft Azure.
• Lead and contribute to the migration of centralized workflows and integration platforms (e.g., ESB) to microservices-based architectures.
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and integrations, and define target distributed architectures.
• Streamline existing processes by applying modern patterns (e.g., APIs, event-driven approaches, messaging)
• Support system reliability, monitoring, and performance during and after migration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to plan and execute migration initiatives.
