What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Business Analyst with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects
• At least 1 year of experience working with Agile methodologies
• Fluency in Portuguese

We Value

• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics projects
• Proven experience facilitating workshops (online and on-site), with at least 5 workshops conducted
• 4 years of experience with Power BI
• At least 1 year of experience in projects involving public sector entities (e.g., legislation analysis, process reengineering)
• Knowledge or training in BPMN 2 (Business Process Model and Notation)
