What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Enterprise Architect with:

• At least 5 years of specific expertise in process management, functional analysis, enterprise architecture and data modelling.
• At least 5 years of specific expertise in knowledge of EC corporate components of architecture
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS
• Knowledge of XML and XSD
• Ability to give business and technical presentations
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to cope with fast changing and emerging technologies
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analysis and problem solving skills
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.

What do we expect from you?

• Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals
• Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and manage priorities
• Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and increase business value
• Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
• Conduct research to find ways to improve operations
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance
• Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan
• Implement the applications based on the architecture
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
• Provide advice to policymakers on digital implications of policy proposals
• Support the units in implementing the corporate data governance and management practices
• Contribute to the development of the methodological approach for digital-ready policymaking and technology adoption.
